Even with the his little backup/not always being available to chit-chat, J&H is still a top source on this board.
I placed order on a Thursday… was immediately told that all the gear in my order wasn’t brewed and ready yet (no big deal, actually I appreciated his transparency)
On Monday, he sent me an email with the status of my order, and today it arrived!
also, @“JekyllandHydeLabs” shipped it with express shipping, to make up for any extra brewing/lab time, so a big shout out to him for doing that!
I know it can get frustrating waiting on a response, but you can really tell that this dude is in it for the long haul! Just be patient!
