Here are some of my favorite muscle confusing techniques for u small Faggets:

• Lifting with a blindfold and randomly grabbing weights, your muscles won’t know how much they’re lifting if you don’t
• Lifting in different squat racks, sometimes different squat racks for different sets, sometimes different squat racks for the SAME set.
• Using a sharpie to mark all the dumbells the wrong weight
• Spinning in a circle before a set can also help disorient/confuse your muscles

Muscle confusion is ok, but it’s a lot better when you can figure out how to invoke muscle dementia. You can only handle crazy weight, when you have crazy muscles.
