Here are some of my favorite muscle confusing techniques for u small Faggets:
- Lifting with a blindfold and randomly grabbing weights, your muscles won’t know how much they’re lifting if you don’t
- Lifting in different squat racks, sometimes different squat racks for different sets, sometimes different squat racks for the SAME set.
- Using a sharpie to mark all the dumbells the wrong weight
- Spinning in a circle before a set can also help disorient/confuse your muscles
