Just started my second week of Clen (first time using clen)

So I decided to give clen a go and this is my first time cycling it, just started my second week and it’s pretty remarkable but the one thing that’s a little annoying are the shin splints/calf pumps I get just from walking, seriously it’s almost unbearable at times just yesterday I literally had to stop walking and just stand for a few minutes before being able to walk again lol anyone else get the leg pumps, how do you manage it?

Clen has a host of weird and wonky sides both short and long term. Hot take, I strongly prefer DNP to clen both in terms of results and risk profile. But neither are healthy, so I don’t feel good about recommending either…then again I guess that applies to a lot of things we deal with here doesn’t it.

use clenbuterol in a “two day on two day off” fashion. This gave the receptors a chance to clean out and become sensitive once again.

I was thinking the same thing even though it was an prescribed asthma medication I don’t think the protocol for treating asthma symptoms was every day I think it was like a traditional inhaler which would probably be like once a week depending on how severe the asthma attacks were, and this is not to say at the giant doses we take of it lol so yeah, that’s exactly what I’m going to do next cycle of it, 2 days on/off appreciate the help!

I drink at least two gallons of water a day restructured with sea salt and I take a dense super bioavailable mineral complex multiple times a day, so I’m very hydrated. I’ve felt cramps from dehydration and these aren’t the same, these feel specific to the same type of pumps you get from contracting the muscle during a weight lifting session. My jaw muscles are sensitive to this too, like every time I eat I reach an apex of not being able to chew because my jaw muscles are that pumped. Either way, taurine is fucking brilliant, and I should be taking that stuff anyway I don’t know why I’m not lol thanks for the feedback and help!

@PrimalPrimate I’ve ran them concurrently, would definitely not recommend lol then again I really wouldn’t recommend either solo either. Want a real shitshow? Run high dose DNP & high dose tren together. I did 750mg & 700mg respectively. You’ll long for a life that doesn’t so closely resemble hell. I would strongly not recommend doing what I did, I was young and dumb. Now I’m older and dumb.
