I’ve been on 350mg test a week for probably two years. Gained about 15 lbs mostly muscle i think LOL. I stay around 13-15% BF all year round. All is good but I want to take a break until summer and go down to maybe 150mg a week for real trt.
Considering diet and training remains the same… How much muscle can i expect to lose?
