I’ve been on 10 split in the morning and night for a few weeks now. I’m not experiencing any sides other then numbness in the hands and it only happens when I’m laying down on my phone lol. This time last year my cts was so bad it was waking me up in the night with pain

Funny you say that. I’m on 6, and my hands go numb when I lay down on my back… can’t imagine 10
