L-CARNITINE how often to take & how much?

Not really finding much info on LC on how much to take or how often. I see amino asylum at various strengths starting at 200mg, but I am not actually sure what you should be injecting. Any and all guidance appreciated

I’m not sure if the “proper” dosing (I think it has to do with bodyweight)…but personally I like it at 400ish mg before every cardio session or workout. So sometimes it’s once a day, sometimes twice, sometimes none lol.

Carnitine is stored in the muscles so once you hit that saturation point; it’s there…kinda like creatine I suppose. But you do get some added benefits by taking it pre activity.

Look up some stuff about it by Dr Scott Stevenson. He’s got some great podcasts and information on it

200mg per 55lbs of body weight for loading phase (first 2 weeks) and half that In maintenance

These are just notes from a home brew recipe that may or may not still be on YouTube. Seems to be accurate(ish) in my experience.
