I ordered a decent sized order with Lacey and my payment was quickly confirmed right after sending payment the Saturday before the 4th. I half expected a longer turnaround with it being placed over the weekend and right before the holiday, but I wasn’t in any rush so it didn’t bother me.
So I received tracking from her early in the week, but noticed that the tracking never updated after a few days and the system just kept telling me the shipping label was printed but they didn’t receive it. I figured with the hectic holiday she just may have not gotten a chance to drop it off yet. So I was definitely surprised when it showed up at my door out of the blue on Saturday, which I didn’t think was bad for how distant the trip was! Everything was packaged safely and the labels are definitely some of the sexiest around these parts.
So for a T/A of a week with ordering over the weekend and with the holiday, I was definitely happy with everything about the transaction. Additionally, Lacey is one of the most customer-service minded people out there and was always willing to answer my bullshit questions about some of her products and with the bulk pricing.
I’ve ordered from almost all of the sources on SST and luckily have had smooth and prompt transactions across the board so I honestly didn’t expect anything less from one of SST’s veterans. Speed isn’t necessarily the biggest factor for me because of my good ol’ stock pile I’ve created, but I won’t be one to complain about 7 days. I haven’t used the goodies yet but, from at least a T/A perspective, Lock and Load is still G2G.
