lantus in the morning no hgh

saw a vid by vigorious steve about low dose lantus, being that its so long acting you shouldnt really have to worry about going hypo and it works all day.
anyone else try this out? seems like theres no downside (dont say itll make you fat because thats diet dependent)

im replying because i asked slin questions and no one responded really. FROM what ive researched, assuming youre not type 1 , 1.5, 2 the implementation of slin is need for the following, over 600 carbs, high hgh, or high aas usage. the lantus is used for a "safety" net to manage the workload throughout the day where your fast acting slins are used around training for "performance". obviously there are outliers in this where people are more slin resistance or sensitive so tracking your fasted b.g. is the best way. they say under 90 is what youre aiming for. putting lantus in will relieve your pancreas of the workload of insulin production allowing the beta cells to take a break and keep from burning out sooner via high carbs, hgh, aas.

i asked my coach about adding slin and he said "not if you dont have abs" so i guess my BMI is too high but, like with everything else, how can you draw a line and say when you get here you can do it. if it wasnt for that id be running slin for the performance benefits and just to run it to see what happens. again like you said, slin wont make you fat unless you have high fats in your diet. eating fats from your meats isnt enough to do anything.

people are going to tell you that its dangerous but if you have followed vigorious, milos, dave, etc you understand that whats dangerous is not understanding how to run slin, not slin. i read that a type 1 trying killing themselves with slin and run 300iu and just ended up in the hospital. its like giving the keys to a F1 racecar driver vs a kid. the driver will be fine, the kid will hurt themselves.

im replying so i can stay attached to this and read what people say. i wish the hate for slin wasnt out there. i think its just people repeating what they have heard without actually running it or having proof that slin is actually bad......you dont see many fat type 1.....idk how slin can be bad.

if you add slin and gh they say you can actually lower the gear amount because of how they all interact with each other. so like you said, slin doesnt have a down side other than if you REALLY REALLY fuck up you COULD go to the hospital and if your diet is shit, high fats, youll gain fat. when my coach is up im running slin.

Im gonna go with a lantus pen, its way easier and the bonus is I cant fuck up the dosage.
Im not trying to do some super optimal brosciency HGH and insulin carb timing novolog megablast, basically i just want to take advantage of another aspect of muscle growth
Im trying to stay away from AAS sides nowadays so I want to make up for the lack of high dosages by adding some insulin,
however my diet is high in fat because I eat mostly beef

Ill try it anyway, from what Ive read as long as I dont become obese (therfore messing up my insulin sensitivity) or go into a coma (by my bloodsugar going too low) then all I get is anabolism. So ill do some more research tonight and pick up a lantus pen tomorrow for only $30. I had my fasted BG done at a lab yesterday and Ive been eating at maintence and growing muscle due to muscle memory and TRT test and 30mg anavar 10mg tbol. Ill monitor everything and maybe even start at 1IU and add 1IU a day or something up until 10IU or 15IU.

Yeah you can I do 10-15 iu every night for the past 2 months. Fasted Blood sugars are actually awesome now was having issuing with it

your fasting blood sugar is awesome now, off insulin? or on insulin?
also you get anything else from it?

interesting to hear you say your going to try and step back from gear, and use lantus to build muscle. i am by no means an expert in any of this field, but ive heard to run them in combo with GH for the "golden triangle". i know you said trt plus some extra. im very interested in hearing how this goes so please keep us up to date.

i would be a b.g. monitor for your house and prick your finger so you know to adjust your dosages accordingly.

as far as your fats from beef. look into hot washing your beef after your done cooking. i eat beef but its 92 or better lean. so im not sure if that amount of fat would matter. i know its sat and trans fats we want to stay away from on slin.
