Letsgetchecked/at home health test kits

What is the general consensus on these at home finger prick test kits? I'm assuming they are less accurate. But I don't feel comfortable going to the Quest nearby. It is a dirty shithole and they are juggling piss cups in between their blood draws, seems prime for contracting a disease.
