Limited sunlight??

I heard that when I take a cycle that I should not have that much sunshine or sunlight? Is it true and how much should I get ? Thanks guys.

Like take a second, and really think about it. What would be the reason to not get in the sun?

Well because you are getting alot of exogenous hormones that not only does my skin break out with acne but I get burned much easier and quicker. I guess I need more research to do.

Ok. So you think sunlight/UV rays cause acne? An you think that exogenous hormones cause you to get sunburned quicker and easier?
