Best to take TUDCA 2-3 hours after taking your orals, never before. Literature out there showed that taking TUDCA prior to drinking alcohol put more stress on the alcohol. It’s best to take TUDCA AFTER the damage is done, not before. It also raises LDL and lowers HDL if taken longer than what’s recommended.
Best course of action is to run TUDCA while taking orals, and then continue taking it for another 2-3 days, then stop. Dosages vary between 250-1000mgs depending on what orals you’re taking. Tren can also wreak havoc on the liver, so that’s something to consider too.
On 100mgs of anadrol, I ran 1000mgs of TUDCA (split into two 500mg doss), and my liver enzymes were about double the high-end of the reference range. They were back within range in 3 weeks.
On 50mgs of anavar, I ran 250mgs of TUDCA–liver enzymes didn’t even budge at all, they were in the reference range the entire cycle.
Ran 20 mgs of halotestin for 3 weeks leading up to a meet with 500mgs of TUDCA, and my liver enzymes were in the 100s after I got off cycle. Ran TUDCA at 250mgs for another week, and within 3 weeks, liver enzymes were back to normal.
