Great Communication and response time. There was originally some issues with shipping, but it wasn’t really their fault, more of the postal system’s, but they still made up for it by throwing in an additional product of my choice for free. All in all took about 2 weeks, but like I said, if it wasn’t for the delay, most likely would of taken much less time than that, but it didn’t really matter too much as they made up for it with the free product. Great lab and customer service. Will order more product soon.
