I posted in their thread, but it seems more and more people including myself are having the same issue. I paid for my pack about a week ago and have heard nothing back and my emails asking about my pack have been ignored. In the lock and load thread there are others who have been waiting longer than me without a response, and unfortunately it seems some people are being told different reasons for the delay. I’d hold off on ordering until they get the behind orders out or reply to any of our emails

Edit: just got tracking, I’ll edit this again when my pack lands and such

Damn that sucks. I've had nothing but good experiences with them, but I haven't ordered anything since November.
Wait it out. I got good faith in them. I would bet you will get what you paid for. It is unusual that they are behind and not replying though.

Hello,

We update everyone with the status of their package. I did mention a few times on our page that we’re backed up with shipping and our current TA is 4-5 business days. It’s the same reason for everyone.

Please note when you email multiple times in a short period of time our system will mark your emails as spam. We don’t ignore anyone on purpose. I do apologize for the delays again, but that’s the nature of the business.
