Hi -
Inquired about an order from LnL on 4/7. Received a response that day. Accidentally purchased funds with the wrong account on coinbase, causing a delay. Lacey understood and gracefully kept my order open until 4/18. She communicated that they were dealing with a backlog, and that my order would go within the week. Order went out on the 27th, and I received it today.
I’d definitely do business with Lock and Load again. May have waited longer than I would have from other sources, but everything was beautifully packed and discrete. The communication was second-to-none. I definitely recommend them.
