Hell yeah man, that’s exciting. Still gives you some time to grow, then start prep like 16 weeks out?

Also how does adding 200 mg of tne weekly affect ur total test dosage for the week if ur running 360 mg sustanon weekly ?

I wouldn’t count it toward the weekly total. It’s in and out so quick, it’s more of a pre workout hype compound than it is a muscle builder (unless you’re injecting it like 4-5x a day to keep blood levels somewhat stable which isn’t worth doing imo)

I guess since we are all posting shots in Lords thread now I'll post my latest. No pump, no filter, just dicking around in the posing room after doing a check in with a bikini competitor this past weekend.

Definitely getting a little fat after starting to push up. 200lbs even fasted morning weight.

Weekly dosage? I don't think it does tbh.

In my mind at least lol. TNE is for preworkout. It's not around long enough for me to count it as weekly dosage in my opinion.

Definitely far from fat brother. The body dismorphia is real haha (trust me I get it, mines bad too)

Look at @Lord turning this into the community thread and bringing us all together.

Compared to how lean I was a few weeks ago? I'm fat as hell! I had to jump out of prep due to some unfortunately life situations so I figured I might as well grow a little more. Going to try for another show later in the year.

Who would have thought @Lord would have brought us all so close.

Alot of solid guys on this board.

I'm never going to stop giving you shit for your absurd cycle ideas brother. I really wish you'd look into Justin Harris or Dom SuperSliced or any of the awesome coaches out there instead of some random nonsense lol.

It's always going to be giving you shit from a positive position though.

I’d maybe consider doing masters classic in 5 years when I’m eligible. Gives me time to grow into the division a little bit
Oh man if I was 6'3 I would have taken over the world. I'd probably be the president of the US by now.

140 mg ment ace weekly
75 mg tren e weekly

Yk 11 + tne + dbol + Adrol pre workout

4 iu gh post workout only

And will add insulin soon .

I like a little bit of low dose tren e on my bulks. pushes IGF1 into the muscle and lowers systemic IGF (which is good), plus it helps with growing lean.

I find it has to be run low though or it can be hard to out eat. It does seem to ramp up metabolism a bit
