Hi guys, I’ve heard of arimidex being available in doses as low as 0.1mg per tablet, do any of our sources here carry those and does anyone have any recommendations?

It’s so hard for me to dial in my AI dose I generally do like 1/16th of a 1mg tablet EOD which is a pain in the ass..

.stop wasting your time using .1 arimidex at a time. Either do .25 at a time or .5 at a time.

I’d recommend doing .25 twice a week every 3.5 day.

Or

If you got the 1mg pills already you can put 1mg pill in 5ml of vodka. Let it dissolve. Maybe Some of the inactive ingredients won’t be fully dissolved but who cares, that don’t matter much.

After you do that then taking 1 full ML of the solution will be .2 arimidex. But if you insist on taking .10 then take half the ML. That will give you .10

I have some 0.125mg anastrazole I got from my TRT clinic. I don't have enough experience to comment on the effectiveness, I have no noticable e2 sides. I've experimented with a little anastrazole, taking one on each injection day, but I didn't notice anything different. Could be the tiny dosage though. I was thinking my slightly elevated blood pressure could be due to water retention.

no body is going to notice anything from .125mg of arimidex.

Anytime I had high blood pressure it meant my e2 was too high. You should try to take .25mg at a time instead of .125mg.

if you take .25mg on injection days and feel better. Then your e2 was most likely too high. If you feel worse then your e2 was probably good.

Either way taking .125mg once In a while isn’t going to do anything. Might as well not even take it at point.

Actually I definitely notice that dose of arimidex, if I take .125mg I feel pretty bad and if I take .25mg I feel like total ass for at least 3 days straight. Mind you I am currently cruising on 160mg test per week.

I’ve tried the vodka solution trick in the past but it just didn’t quite seem consistent enough and was honestly too much of a hassle regardless. I’d pay a premium for low dose adex, surely there’s a market out there for it, it would be so convenient if I could get it from here.

Probably in your head man. You ever get bloodwork to confirm .25mg of AI crashes your e2 so much that it makes you feel like total ass for 3 days?

You’d have to join a clinic and get it from a compounding pharmacy. They’d definitely charge a premium for it. But they do the .10mg doses

You def need to get bloodwork and stop just going on feels bro.

If .125mg makes you feel pretty bad then what are you expecting if you take .10mg? Lol
You think .025mg is going to make you feel a difference from .125mg which made you feel pretty bad ? That’s called placebo

Get your bloodwork before just blindly guessing about your e2

If you go on the testosterone subreddit (which is about TRT) or research TRT in general you’ll find plenty of examples of people for whom 0.125mg of adex makes a big difference. And I wouldn’t be taking 0.1mg I’d be taking half of that, like I said in my initial post I currently take 1/16th of a 1mg EOD. So half of a 0.1mg would be essentially the same thing but much easier to split.

I agree I should probably get blood work though. I’ve gotten lazy because over the years I’ve developed kind of a disinterest in it, I used to be meticulous and get bloods for any little change but eventually came to realize that feeling good does not necessarily relate directly to whatever number comes out. Esp with the modern standard e2 ranges being bs anyway, and the ideal t:e2 ratios that some people swear by actually varying quite a bit for different individuals based on many other variables. But to see how much of a decrease a low dose makes would be useful, I’ll get around to it

never listen to anyone on Reddit about e2 or anything. There’s a reason they are on Reddit and not on the forums. They would get laughed at on the forums because they are all retarded.

Try the compounding pharmacies for .125mg, get bloodwork, or just do .25mg

You’re taking 160mg of test a week? .25mg or .5 a week would most likely be very good for that dose Imo
