Low Estrogen symptons been bed ridden for a week now, with puffy nipples! Help!

Just gonna throw this out there since it isn’t ever talked about on most forums.

I aromatize like crazy, and generally need a lot of anti-e in any test I run. It took me years to figure this out because of the common advice that is thrown around on boards across the internet of “have it on hand but you probably won’t need much on 500mg test.”

I don’t respond well to Aromasin, and I’ve posted elsewhere over the years and found there are others like me. I took it for my first 3 cycles, and had high estro sides such as oily skin, acne, bloat, puffy nipples, achey man-tits, limp dick half the time, etc.

I switched to Arimidex and its much easier to control, and I know when it works. I take .5mg/day with 500mg test E, .25mg/day with 250mg. Even on 25mg a day of Aromasin at 250mg I had high estro sides, but never full-blown gyno.

So my advice is make the switch.

Guys im not joking this is so fucking weird and annoying my nipples are puffy like fucking moobs! And their super sensitive, this is really upsetting me, I don’t know what to do. I crashed my estrogen to the point of stiff joints and dryness, but sitll had puffy nipples, It unliklely to be progesterone related so it has to be prolactin related. I’lll need to find some domestic caber or prami, but i dont know where!

First off how do you know you crashed your estrogen, you havent gotten bloods yet. It sounds like you have High esto sides. so either your not responding to your AI or its bunk. A lot of people suffer very similar sides High or low. It was mentioned some people dont respond well to aromasin. It dosent do much for me at all for estrogen, blood work has proved that for me. All it did is make me feel like crap when I was upping the dose. Like everyone has said you need BLOODS ASAP.
