As the title suggests, I got bloodwork done recently and got part of the report back and saw that both of those are below normal range;

NEUTROPHILS 1232 (1500-7800)

WBC 3.2 (3.8-10.8)

This was done to see my baseline #s before starting a cycle.

From quick googling there are studies that suggest overtraining can reduce WBC but my concern is the other portion being low too. Has anyone else experienced this or should I go ahead and be thankful I have life insurance policies in place for the coming doom?

Dude, you should see a doctor about this. Are you on any meds that might suppress your neutrophils?

I take vitamins and minerals but not on any Rx. I’m thinking maybe to retest in a couple weeks and take a few days off from workouts beforehand and see if anything changes.

I should also mention I’ve been dealing with bad tendonitis on one arm and tweaked something in my lower back from a workout a couple days prior to getting the blood drawn.

I had to look this up just to make sure but I found a relevant study. I remembered somewhere reading previously that having high total and free test and low SHBG can lower your WBC count . The reason behind this is that WBC have nuclei therefore testosterone can act on them. If you have high levels, which I am assuming you do being on trt, that could explain the drop. If you are on the higher end of the levels while on trt I would not freak out, if not maybe get it checked.

It’s worth looking into this in my opinion. Maybe get it retested and see a doctor. Netrophils below 1000 is considered to be Neutropenia.

I'm not on TRT, this was to get a baseline of my "healthy" #s, which is why I'm a bit concerned.

Yea, hopefully it was a test error or something my body was/is currently fighting but nothing serious. I mean I feel fine and rarely get sick. The # being a little over 1200 is somewhat encouraging. The plan is to get tested again in 3 weeks but damn thats going to be a long 3 weeks.

Did bloods again and the #s are in the healthy range:
WBC-
6.1 (3.8-10.8)
Neutrophils-
