Other than donating blood what works for you guys? i hear mixed things about grapefruit, alot of water, and cardio.

I donated about 5-6 weeks ago at just about end of cycle and did blood about 2 weeks ago and it was at 51.4 so not the worst but could always be better, will give more blood before next cycle in the next 2-3 weeks but next cycle will be heavier with deca/dbol adrol so will prob raise it even more will have to donate more frequent like every 60 days but anything else i could do?

Cant really check blood often either but also 2 yrs ago while not on anything at all hemato was at 50.4 so maybe i just naturally run higher.

Honestly would wait a bit before you start something heavier and then give blood before. Like a oil change…lol

@zyzzsickkvnt blood donation to actually lower it, as far as I know, but if that’s not feasible take a thinner of sorts reguLarly ie: aspirin etc, and grapefruit supposedly helps w blood viscosity as well but never tried it irl
