what farts? I don’t have the digestive system of a dying 80 year old man with IBS.

Lol, just wait till you hit the working world, I’d be ecstatic with all the time you got ;-P.

Bars, Rice Crackers, Shakes, (cold) grilled beef/chicken/fish, salad with an extra helping of some nice dressing are my goto’s when I simply got no time, or no access to a kitchen/micro when I’m working onsite etc.

Canned goods are also a great live safer. Tuna with olive oil for bulks, without the oil for cuts, for example.

Im 32 years old in professional school, I spent plenty of time working before coming to school. But youre right, the real world isnt full of free time either. This is legit a 8-5 job then I have patient work, lab work and studying for class. Good times.

I pack my lunches to bring with me and eat them cold. I just need someway to put in a whole meal in like 3 minutes instead of 10min… Maybe I need to stop being a damn sissy.

You mentioning the bars reminds me, I need to go hit Big Lots, they got the deals on the bars…

That sounds different, I did my certifications part-time after work as well, and the increased workload is no joke. In your case I’d consider using a meal prep service, like e.g. Trifecta Nutrition to keep at least good food around you, according to your needs.

Hang in tight, sounds like it will be a rough time ahead 😉

Appreciate it brotha, I’m thinking the real beast of it is behind me now, these last 2 months or so were fuckin bananas. About 1/2 through my 3rd year now. I did the community college in the evening after working concrete all day way back in the day, thats a tough life, I drank a lot of beer during that time lol.
Will check out the food service, and see if I can find something affordable, I tried 5% Nutrition once, it was good but damn on a student budget that shit was expensive. Looks like it will be chicken and rice shakes for those quick chugs between patients lol, may sub in some sweet pots. Chicken, ground sirloin, potatoes, rice, egg whites, oatmeal, random greens is may staple as far as my actual diet.

I just need to tell my wife to get her ass in gear and make me more food / shakes. I mean I realize she is pregnant and we have 5yr old and 1yr old, but how hard can it be??? LOL… Please dont tell her I said that shit…
