Mexico Source Quality?

Anybody have any experience using/purchasing supplies from either Cancun or Puerto Vallarta?

Only from Guadalajara/Mexico City but you really need to know what to look for since most pharmacies will sell you counterfeit products especially at the purely tourist spots like Cancun and Puerto Vallarta (counterfeit products are quite concentrated in those areas).

Reminded me of pharmacies open at 1am in Tijuana. Always wondered if that stuff was real.
