So I was doing 400mg a week for about 12 weeks and bumped it up to 500mg about 2 weeks prior but either way the results are great. I'm still waiting on the E2 results to come back. I've been doing about 400mg EQ for 8 weeks and I think it crushed my E2 so I wanted to see what was really going on before I messed with any more doses. I'll update the pic when the results come back later this week.
