Misriah Order 12/30/2019 (RESOLVED)

I have received my order(1/9/2020), well about half of it or so. I emailed originally (12/30/2019) to ask if my payment had went through as im new to using the sources website; with no reply. I understand the source is swamped at the moment, but I have sent 2 separate emails over the last 10 days with no response. I am at a loss as to what to do to contact said source. I’m empathetic to being under a big workload but it’s been 3 days with no response pertaining to my messed up order and 2 weeks with no response to my original order. I would just like to get this resolved and get the products I paid for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You’ll get your stuff eventually. This source has a long pattern of this, but always comes through. When the workload slows and things are sorted he’ll be responsive. There’s most likely a ton of packs waiting and he has a ton of emails saying where is my pack at. The half order stuff isn’t cool though. Feels like product is bought that doesn’t exist right then.

The mod team has been in contact with Misriah and he is currently working through a backlog of emails and orders. I’ve seen a few people updating their comms and receiving packs the past few days after his shutdown to focus on his website. Do us a favor and continue to sit tight for another day or so and see if you’re one of the many, many emails he’s churning through in the past 24 hours. When you send another email (to at least proton I believe), afaik it just pushes it to the bottom of the pile because it’s a new mail and leaves the older ones on the top of the inbox.

This is not true. Proton sorts email like every other email service: newest → oldest in descending order. Not that it matters, as last time I tried emailing about a refund I got an automatic copy/pasta wall of text reply telling me I should place an order through his broken website.

I’m still waiting on mine from 12/23. No comms. Asked for refund when he updated with an edit to offer them – no response. And then there’s this: Customers are reporting receiving products from other board vendors, as well as products with handwritten/typoed labels.

I don’t understand how he suddenly went from consistent T2D in a week or less to 1 month behind orders with zero comms. I’m sorry but “holidays” and “USPS sucks” aren’t excuses at this point. I know he’s getting some slack because he’s been one of the best here for the past year or so, but come on.

That is good to hear, hopefully all is sorted out and back to normal soon.

He ran some killer sales and got crazy backed up. Not to defend the source but based on history, you’ll get your pack. It sucks when this happens and the history of this source predicts what will happen. Eventually you’ll here from him. I wouldn’t worry, this is not amazon

Sure, but his handling of this has just been so poor and and unprofessional. “Family emergency” or “fell behind, sorry,” or “had an issue with supply,” all would have been perfectly legitimate excuses that I can sympathize with.

Zero communication, especially after he says he’ll catch up shortly after holidays, is not. We’re halfway through January ffs. And while he’s ignoring emails and messages on Wickr, he’s over here on the forum posting rambling walls of text about his new broken-ass website. I know we’re ordering illegal drugs over the internet, but integrity and transparency still matters.

I mean shit, more than a few people here have received orders with half their products missing. Some people are stating their packs are arriving with handwritten labels and typos. Opsec nightmare. Some people are stating their orders are being partially fulfilled by other vendors (NOT OK).

So what is really going on?
  1. Was he knowingly short on/out of supply long before he started taking Dec. orders?
  2. Was he planning an exit scam (reports of multiple vendor accounts)?
  3. Was he emergency re-upping with other board vendors (meaning customer addresses might have been saved and shared)?

Don’t run sales if you can’t keep track of your inventory. Just straight up bad-business. And fwiw, the slowest possible 21-day ship on an Amazon pack would have arrived before this order here.

He was always on point last year, but I’ve seen too many good/great vendors decide they want out the game and finish with an exit scam. I think it’s reasonable to be paranoid. And it’s definitely reasonable to be annoyed by the lack of communication.


edit: And not trying to be pedantic, but using Discord to discuss illegal drug transactions is fucking retarded. There’s a reason this stuff is supposed to be layered behind TOR, and crypto, and Wickr, and Jabber, and anonymous email. Discord was meant as a contingency plan in case the site went down, not as a secondary source of communication regarding the details of active transactions. Again, fucking opsec nightmare. Take it from someone that once had a controlled delivery at a drop over a (small) order of AAS – cover your ass. If he’s refusing to communicate with anyone anywhere other than Discord, something is wrong.

This is way beyond “this is not Amazon”. Bro I have shipments from India placed after his order that are currently landing. The slowest possible 21-day ship on an Amazon pack would have arrived before this order here. Don’t vendor if you can’t keep track of your inventory. If you want to present yourself as a legitimate business, you need to perform to that expectation or have a valid reason why you cannot – not just ghost your entire customer base for three weeks.

Dude, this goes way beyond “busy for a couple days during holidays”, or “USPS sux lol”.
  1. Customers should always be appraised of the current inventory/ETA status.
  2. He’s ignored all comms from me, including a request for a refund when offered.
  3. Vendors shouldn’t run “killer sales” without keeping track of inventory. Basic math. Every other vendor here does BOGOs and such without being followed by one-month hiccups.
  4. Even the slowest Amazon shipment (21 days?!) would have arrived by now.
  5. I have multiple international packs landing that were ordered before this one.
  6. He’s now reportedly sending half-filled orders, products from other board vendors (WTF?), and products which are mislabeled and typoed. So he’s either selling on multiple accounts to prepare for an exit scam, or he doesn’t know how to count and ran out of supply, or he had to emergency re-up from another board vendor, which opens even more issues.
Even ignoring all that, if he would simply provide an update explaining the delay in operations, like family emergency, health issues, supply problem, people here would be infinitely more understanding and patient.

I just want to know what is going on. The radio silence is disrespectful to customers for how much money we have tied up in crypto limbo.

I dropped something like $1k on Misriah over the past year. Never again.

Ordered 12/21, payment confirmed 12/22. Haven’t had an actual email reply from Mis besides the payment confirmation auto-replies. Sent another email following his listed steps so he could easily find the order. Understand he is behind and it has been noted. I see others packs are starting to get in, just making this post to track further activity. Will update if pack arrives or I receive an email back.

This is my original post within his source page, I made a 2nd commenting that this order had still not arrived. So after seeing orders with similar orders dates and significantly afterwards starting to land I question if my pack had ever even been shipped or what’s going on. I understand he’s backed up and the time of year I ordered 2 months early purposely for this reason. So it seems receiving any contact from him is out the question because of how back logged he is.

Creeping up upon the 4 week mark now is a bit excessive, so if a mod can possibly reach out to the source that would be appreciated. Also I have doubled checked the shipping info in the emails to confirm it is correct, steps are followed correctly as I have ordered through them before, and even followed his protocol for him to easily distinguish the order by using the ID and etc. So any follow up would be great because at this point it seems that I’m just out the money. I’m not questioning if he’s shipping packs because I do see people receiving theirs, mine however seems to be in limbo.

Adding to this thread so they’re all on one post. The day he updated his thread with his new email contact I reached out and have yet to hear back. Nor has my package arrived. With the length of time it has been I’m under the impression my order has never been shipped at all. I’d just like a refund at this point and based on looking at other people’s comments on his original thread they’re receiving not full orders, sketchy labeled product, or a whole other sources product. And those requesting a refund don’t seem to be getting one. So the “he’s working on it reference his thread” that was cool for awhile but now coming up on a month with zero info I’d like some action taken.

Well boys I’ve listened to the mods, sent an additional message to mis’s new email; both of them. I did all of this less than an hour after he broke public silence and updated his thread in domestic sources, I still have no communication and no reply. I’m going to assume that none of us are going to get refunds or the items we are missing/ missed orders. I’m going to go ahead and order what I’m missing from another source. Best of luck to all who ordered from this joker. Hopefully it wasn’t too big of an order and you aren’t out to much of your hard earned money. Have a good weekend my brothers

A source shouldn’t continue to take orders when they aren’t stocked to fulfill them / overloaded and can’t serve the volume. Should be expected from any source. Shows that the source isn’t organized and cares more about profit than a satisfied customer. Was gonna go with Misriah for my current cycle but chose a different source after reading all the complaints.

Placed an order with him for the primo group buy plus a vial of deca. Received 2 test e and a mast. 2 emails have gone unanswered.
