Yes. Tried old proton, new one for support, and left a message through his site.

I had to reach out to him in a second email approximately one month later asking for the status of the order. He sent the second payment method and no communication afterward. The order showed up two weeks after payment.

Have you tried his wickr?

This shouldn’t apply to many people here, I believe we’re nearly caught up but some of you have reached out and said you’d given up on communicating - don’t. We will fix it, always.

No shipping info is ever required when placing an order, you are always free to enter in the notes field saying you’ve emailed it to us.

However, all personal info can be removed from your account when you want to remove it, it is not stored and will never be stored for longer than required to fulfill the order. Once it’s marked as shipped, the shipping info is scrubbed, leaving only your email for credit application to your account.

Still have not received my order from the primo buy. Why are the mods allowing this guy to operate here still?

Because he has been in communications with us throughout the process. We understand he has some missed commitments but he is working through them. We could ban him, but then would that get you your primo or anyone else their pack?

If you were kicked out and banned from a bar before paying your bar tab, would you return later to pay it? If so, why?

By ban do you possibly mean closing his store? Because we did that. And he made right by many customers. And again, he’s working through the rest.

A ban is a last resort not a first one. We ask that you please hold tight as we are in communications with him regarding every complaint we receive. It’s is unfortunate that you in particular haven’t received your pack but he is working through them as I said.

His store is currently open and he still has orders that haven’t been delivered for months. How about, you know…telling him he can’t open back up until he’s…dundundun…fulfilled his prior orders that have been waiting an excessive amount of time? Honestly here, I’ve never seen a source with such terrible t/a and customer service be given so much leniency after non-stop issues for months and months and months on end. He doesn’t learn from his errors and keeps repeating them. This isn’t a first time occurrence.

I have no idea what email you’ve used to communicate with us, and will continue to try and narrow it down while I wait for your reply.

There shouldn’t be any other order or problem with an order, if you have one and haven’t voiced concern, please do so. I will remedy it. I haven’t wanted to leave anyone empty handed or uncompensated in being unfortunate in dealing with my sourcing while this has been occurring. Please comment, reach out, I will get back to you now that things are simmered down on my end.
