I’m 31 6’3 200lbs, I’ve been in and out of the gym my whole because of sports/military so I know what I’m doing. My weakness is my nutrition but I’m currently getting that dialed in. Anyway my first cycle was 300mg test E per wk. I had good results at getting my defenition back, but I want more size. So do you guys think I should do a 10-12wk cycle with test again ant 500mg/wk and would that help with bulk or is it just because my nutrition isn’t where it should be? Sorry for long post
