Hey there G welcome , it would appear so that your T levels are low especially for being 19 I was at around 700 at your age granted I'm about to be 23 and have a few cycles under my belt now and I am BnC now for personal reasons think most could understand. All that being said have you done anything previous to the bloodwork you had done that would have suppressed you?? Or did you just test out of curiosity.View attachment 12
Just wanted to know what are your thoughts on my bloodwork, my test seems pretty low for being 19 and it bums me out.

Hey bro, I smoke weed everyday. Smoking have little to no effect on your test levels.Just got curious since I was going to the gym for a year and wanted to see my stats
I smoked weed 2 weeks prior to taking the blood test if that matters, I've heard weed can suppress your test but no idea if it's a myth.

For what it's worth I had test levels of 109 ng/dL at 23 and it turned out to be a prolactinoma. Prolactin was 54.3 ng/mL at the time. Test didn't end up recovering after treatment because my pituitary was essentially squashed and doesn't really work anymore. Definitely get this checked out before moving on. Shit could be serious, but could also end up being an easy fix since you're young.
I was curious...Ok, seriously what SARM did you take? Why else would you get blood tests on your own. 19 y/o don’t just wonder what their natural test levels are. They’re curious bc either they’re on cycle and people told them they need to get tested, or they’ve done something and now they’re worried about it cause now they feel like shit.
But seriously At 19 there’s no way you should have a test level of 269 unless you’ve suppressed it. Add in an E2 of 19, you’re just low all the way around. What’s your SHBG and free test? FSH and LH?
You’ve left a lot of the important part of your blood work off to evaluate what you’ve actually done to yourself or what’s actually going on in your body naturally. You could be a genetic outlier, but usually the easy answer is the correct one.
I was curious...
I've never done anything to suppress my test, I promise.
I was training for a year and wanted to know what I was working with.
Prior to me never taking anything to lower my levels, I got the blood test to see if I could cycle and in return I found out my natural levels where low, I had 2 separate blood test done and they’re both similar and I’m ashamed to say that I’ve started the cycle after finding out so now I’m on test.My question to you would be why are you on a steroid source board if looking for answers regarding your test levels? Most people your age would be on Reddit, where’s there’s med students and some doctors contributing. Kind of outside the box thinking. This particular board of all places is kind of odd.
I also find it odd that you got a ultra-sensitive assay for your E2 and the same goes for your free and total Test. IMO. It’s just a red flag. Most doctors don’t even order those tests. The tests are good to have but they’re usually indicative of someone who’s done a lotttt of research on how to search for SARM and synthetic steroid bio-markers. Watching too much MPMD. Your cholesterol markers don’t indicate current SARM or steroids, but that doesn’t mean SARMS weren’t used in the past. They’ve been known to fuck people up permanently. Which is why you see a few of saying SARM Goblin. That said….
If it’s me, I go to see my doc. While your lab work shows their low end reference range as 250ng/dL, the Endocrine Society considers 300 to 1,200 ng/dL normal and less than 300 low (Total Test).
Also Your TSH is “low normal”. Really you need an endocrinologist to go over your labs and run a few more. You may start at a low T clinic. Start there before a GP. I’d wager a small bet if no Sarms or exogenous test in your history, your lower Test levels are a function of the lower TSH. While you’re not clinically suffering from hyperthyroidism, I’d bet you have some symptoms… including the lower test levels. You really need to have pituitary issues ruled out. I’d personally skip the GP and go to a low T clinic or endocrinologist. This is getting past a GP’s field.
FTR, I stress visiting your physician. I’m not your doctor, or a licensed physician for that matter. Plus I haven’t studied in that field in decades. But there’s certainly some markers that I would delve deeper into. Nothing to stress out over though.

Being very transparent because I’m lost.
Also forgot to mention I did weight lifting in high school and everyone out did me every time the time came, I was weak compared to all the other kids on the team.
My self esteem got the best of me.
I write down all my injections in case I forget.Well shit dude. While transparency is good. You may legit have a problem. I’d see an endo and let them formulate a game plan. I mean, hell, if you have insurance, or parents insurance, they will pay for your TRT. But idk now that you’re on exogenous test. And it will be important for them to know that.
How long you been on cycle and what’s your cycle?
