I’ve been on NATCO Xtane from AIPCT for about a year now.
Seems to be legit. Estro was in range using 12.5 mg e3d with 400mg of Test C when last tested about 6 months ago. I’m due for a blood test soon.
I bought some for a buddy last year and he appeared to have crashed his estro at the same dose within a week. No bloods, but he had extreme lethargy as the main symptom. I try to run it sparingly, so I’ll add days in between doses to see how I feel. When I get bloated or puffy nips, and dose more often, it elevates it.

As has been mentioned, your bloodwork results aren’t reliable due to the lack of “sensitive” testing. Your estradiol is most likely much lower than this result shows it to be.

I’ve had the standard test show my estradiol to be 21 pg/ml, while the sensitive test showed my estradiol to be undetectable. I’ve also had a handful of other results show similar disparities between the two tests.

I don’t trust anything other than the LC-MS/MS version of estradiol measurement, and you shouldn’t either.

As FixerUpper said, I think the issue is the test. I think that is my issue as well. For some reason my Estro test didn’t get posted with all of my other results for me to see what test was done and what the exact number was besides the doctor mentioning it was “a little high” which also included my 980 total test on the 240-950 range. So probably not much over the range but it probably wasn’t sensitive test so my actual E2 is probably lower. I’m inclined to trust my aromasin.
