I need advice! I’ve been lifting since 15 years old, have done 5 cycles in the past, started too young at 18, and am 26 now. I did test 500mg on its own, test 500mg with 50mg Anavar, test 300mg and tren 500mg 3 times. I’ve been off for a few years, working out less, and got into drinking alot and got a little depressed and fat. Over the last year of quarantine I’ve started going to the gym a little more again, quit drinking, and I’m now doing cardio which I hadn’t done during my past cycles. I’m starting my first cycle in a LONG TIME. My questions:
1)after like 3+ years of no gear, am I basically on a first cycle as far as receptors and my body’s responsiveness again?
2) if q1 is a yes, should I start back with just test e again?
3)if q1 was a no, would introducing tren Now be beneficial?

Stats:
26yo
5’10"
255lb
22% bodyfat

I don’t know that a cycle is either appropriate or necessary at your current status. I think it’ll help a bit, but is mostly unnecessary. Do what you want, but personally I’d diet down while getting my lifts back up. If you hit this with higher lifts and 10ish% body fat you’ll get a whole lot more out of the cycle.

But you didn’t ask that either. If you were going to run a cycle anyway, no I don’t think tren is necessary in any way. Then again I don’t think a cycle is necessary either, so take that FWIW.

I prefer to leverage gear when it’s most efficacious, not just any time it’s beneficial. Otherwise I’d be running high doses of gear all the time, and that’s not a sustainable practice.

Probably want to wait until you get your bodyfat down to at least 15%- the lower the better. The higher your bf%, the more aromatization you’re going to have, which is going to make managing your estrogen levels a nightmare.
