Need help on what to take

Hi all

Quick intro to myself, I'm 28, 6'3 and 95kg. Been going gym for 5 years natural and want to take it to the next step.

I'm completely clueless when it comes to roids, and wanted some advice on how to take them safely. Ideally early on I'll take a lower dose and see how my body reacts with blood tests etc... I appreciate there is no "set rule" on what to take but some pointers to the below would be useful.

What should I take as a first cycle? If I'm looking mainly to build mass.

What doses should I start on and how often should I increase?

How long should I cycle for?

How often should I do blood tests?

Any other medication I should be taking during my cycle?

Are sarms good? Usually I've heard anything oral is bad but it seems they're a lot better now.

I don't mind some of the side effects but if I can avoid them that's great..

Did you even attempt to do any form of basic research before asking this or just go on a forum planning on injecting whatever the first person says to do without knowing anything?

It’s like walking into a gym for the first time. You go in there, grab some equipment and start working out. If you do research before hand and educate yourself some or at least read the instructions on the equipment you’ll have a decent grasp of what you’re doing. Or you can walk in there and ask the first guy you see how to do this and that and how many sets, reps and annoy him to death. Yeah no one does the 2nd.

You clearly aren't knowledgeable enough to take gear in the first place. I suggest if you are actually serious about this to get a few years of studying under your belt and you will at that point be able to answer your own question.
