New and don't know what to do

Greetings, I'm Chris an almost 40-year-old personal trainer from Atlanta,

I stayed clear of PEDs for years. I got introduced to testosterone a little over a year ago because of legit low T. A side effect of an opioid medication I am currently on (suboxone).
The clinic I went to put me on 160mg of test and HCG. As a result, I started developing gyno. Badly. It hurt to hug my wife. So I stopped TRT and just dealt with the low T.
Gyno went away. I changed careers to be a personal trainer and met someone way more educated with these types of medications.
Currently have been on 140mg of Test and 70mg of Primobolan. No side effects and it's been 4 months. My body is growing very well. Libido is up and going. Things are progressing fine.

I'm gonna increase to 160mg soon. I have not had blood work due to no insurance with my new job. Which I seriously need. Blood pressure is good though. I get everything online now and way cheaper than the clinic I was going through.
I am open-minded to suggestions on these things and am experimenting to find the best combination for my body to grow. The goal is to gain 10 more pounds by the end of the year
I would love sources of blood work. Anything but a clinic. I would also love to research the website I source from to make sure all is legit.
Anyway, I'm excited to learn and grow.

What are you hoping to get out of jumping from 140mg to 160mg? Just stay where you’re at if you’re only 4 months in and keep eating and training.

You say you buy your stuff online now and not a clinic, do you get your stuff through a source board like this?

There are no sources for bloodwork here. Either need to get it through insurance or a place like marek health and hope they have a discount. I think the total and free test alone is around 90 bucks.

There’s another lab people use for bloodwork. I think private md labs ? You can search for it online I think it’ll pop up somewhere

Welcome.

This is the lab I used:

With the different tests and discount, it came out to less than $130. Then to go to your local Quest Labs with the print out for the blood draw.

There are a few other similar labs people use here where you order it online and then go to a local place to get your blood drawn.

Appreciate it. Someone suggested "Personal Labs" so I've been looking on there. It's like 300-400$ for the whole shebang it looks like. I'll look through the ones you mentioned as well and compare.
I've slowly built up my test from 100mg a week to 140mg a week, The clinic said they wanted me on 200. But I lost trust with them after the gyno and figured I'd experiment myself. But you're right. I'm growing and am content for now. I have this addictive personality where more is better. Notice I'm on suboxone for past opiate addiction. Probably best to stay where I am anyway until I get some bloodwork at least.
As far as my source I have been using a site someone else suggested. Roids24. Everything has been straight so far. No problems. Sometimes they send me Ethanate instead of Cyp but other than that nothing wrong. I can't seem to find anything about them on this site yet though. Although I haven't dug too far.

Look at marek health, private md, and the other one the guy just posted and compare for pricing

Yeah honestly going from 140-160 won’t do much in terms of Gains in my opinion but it might start giving you e2 problems again so just stay where you’re at now if everything is good.

So I went ahead and purchased bloodwork. Lapcorp is where I have to go. They are asking me for insurance information and since I don't have any it looks as if I can't even make an appointment. I can do a walk-in. But I'm wondering even though I paid 250$ for bloodwork is Labcorp going to charge me again on their end on top of the 250$ to the other company?

250? Which ones did you get and with what lab?

And no you literally walk in with your blood panel you bought and show it to them (mine was already in their system) if they try to charge you you say

“No , you’re not charging me it’s paid for already” I’ve had to say that at certain places cause the people working there aren’t the brightest

I chose the Marek. Already committed to that one before i seen the one you suggested which looked way cheaper.
I was able to make an appointment without insurance though so i think its all good so far.

Got the basic panel one.
In the past my liver enzymes have been elevated so i wanna keep an eye on that. I naturally have high prolactin so im goad thats included in the basic panel. Before taking any androgens i already had an issue where i could actually lactate a small bead out of the left nipple. I thought it was a super power until the doc told me it wasn't good lol.
I think whatever the combination the clinic had me on had the prolactin raise even higher causing bad gyno.
My estrogen was in the low 40s so im assuming that wouldn't push gyno really.
But when i was first tested my testosterone was 240 and estrogen wasn't even scoring on the test. It read ←5.
Their theory is i had been so long without estrogen that i grew super sensitive to it causing the gyno and a lot of water retention.
Just doing whatever is possible not to experience that ever again

It actually did ask me for insurance when I set up my appointment. I somehow skipped it. When I showed up, they didn't ask for insurance. All that was asked was why I was taking the test as small talk. I told her that I'm taking new vitamins and wanted to see if they were working.
