Thanks for the welcome. I am 45 years old, 5’10 , 185lbs. November 22nd of 2019 I decided to quit smoking after 25 years. I was overweight, tired, no energy , I got sick often, generally didn’t feel well. I had only attempted to quit once before and I put on quite a bit of weight.
I was terrified of putting on more, because I was heavier than I had even been @275 lbs. I learned how to track my calories and macros, been doing various forms of resistance training consistently for the last 3 years. (Home Gym)
I started TRT about this time last year. (160mg/wk) As far as my lifts go I don’t have any solid numbers, I keep running into various weaknesses, and injuries, but I am learning from my mistakes and trying to bring up lagging body parts.
Recently I decided to run my first cycle. I know it’s on the low end but I decided to run Test only @300mg per week for 10-12 weeks. I have increased my calories from 2700 to 3000 for the last 10 days or so depending on how fast the scale moves I’ll probably shoot for 3500 calories. Anyway that is a snap shot of my story and journey so far.
