Hello,
It’s been years since I’ve been part of a group such as this and I’m looking forward to contributing and learning.
I’m 38 years old and have been working out for over 25 years.
I’ve been through various stages in my life:
- 200lb of fat when I was 13 and then losing 40lb heading into high school.
- started taking performance enhancers when I was 22 and blew up to 235lb after various cycles with many different substances. Stopped doing proper PCT and now for the last 1.5 years have been doing 120mg which is a prescription.
- current weight is around 190-195lb and I’m in shape but have belly fat where use to be some abs.
Now that we are up to date, I’ve decided today to up my dose from 120mg/week to (not sure but my friend said to do 500mg/week), and may also add in 23 day cycle of Var or Tbol (not sure or dose yet).
I’m open to feedback, suggestions, advice or anything you deem would be of value to me.
