Hey wanted to introduce myself. I’m a well known member on some other forums, wanted to see what SST has to offer. I’m a reader, I like to deep dive into obscure studies, I was a long distance runner for entire life until I picked up the weights 2 years ago and never looked back. If anyone has questions on enhancements for distance running, and good training splits to get your miles up, or to decrease mile times, or general form questions feel free to reach out to me.
