New to eth on coinbase does it usually take 7 days?

Very normal. Also, coinbase monitors everything you do, so its easy to get flagged. Their fees are high as well. They may be one of the biggest out there but like many other companies, that just means they spy on you more. Take Google, Facebook, or even Amazon for example.

Have u verified ur account? Debit cards r instant n bank transfers r usually around 3 days.

Bank transfers are ungodly slow. Just make sure you choose debit every time for instant.

Thats not bad. Last time I tried it was 27 bucks. But that was last month.
