Yes. I did TRT my first cycle. And HGH. HGH did nothing for me and I got carpel tunnel in both wrists and hands. It went away when I stopped taking it. TRT definitely helped but I went through a doctor and a pharmacy and paid out of pocket. It was insanely expensive.

I don't remember. It was 3 years ago. But I am not going to take it again. Here is what I was planning on taking:
1. Test. Cryp.
2. Oxandrolone (Anavar)
3. Clomifen
4. Anastrozole

Even the advice you get here, cross reference and do your own research.

4. Probably don't need (Get Bloodwork) if you're 200mg or less per week, most won't need an AI. More frequent pins will help stabilize and lower Estradiol as well.

ok. Second attempt after some research:
1. Test. Cyp. 250mg per week
2. Anastrozole 1mg tablet twice per week
3. Clomiphene 100 mg per day for 2 weeks after 6 week cycle
Advice welcome. I'm open to taking HGH. It was HCG that gave carpel tunnel.

Exemestane would probably be a better choice, if you already have Anastrozole I would at least half that dose. Anastrozole is strong and you will probably crush you estrogen. You may not even need any AI at that dose.

Clomiphene 100 mg per day for 2 weeks after 6 week cycle

Cycles are kinda obsolete, especially at that dose. Just run it and get bloodwork every 3-4 months.

I'm open to taking HGH.

No need unless you are trying to be a porn star or trying to make babies.

I would say start with 12.5mg twice a week (same days as you pin)

I would say twice a week pinning is absolutely the minimum.

I pin daily with a 29g ½" alternating delts.

IM, 1/2" in the side delts are plenty deep. I always go for the highest gauge possible.

I use a 27g 1" ventrogluteal injection

My first thought is you never just add arimidex without getting booodwork.

Second. Depending on your injection frequency, and body fat level, you may not even need an AI.

Third. Do more research before you take anything. Gear is only a fraction of the factor to getting results you want to see.

4. Look up "Vigorous Steve Anavar" on YT, might not be a bad idea to run a low dose, but get your levels lined out first.
