New to PEDs, would like some general advice [F25]

Hello! I’ve probably lurked steroid forums and SST on reddit for a year now and never posted, but I extremely interested in starting my first cycle and feel like I need a lot of info as I honestly still don’t feel like I know what I’m in for/doing.

Info: Female, 25, 5’7 135lb. [vegan diet]
Started from completely sedentary all my life to marathon running about 5 years ago and lost 50lbs down to 108lbs in 7 months. Pretty much skin and bones, no muscle. Started lifting and bulk/cut cycles and have lifted for 4 years in attempts to gain muscle, have gained a little and recomped some but I have no abdominal definition and have quite the fat pouch (think mommy belly but I’ve never been pregnant ?). My personal goal is to shed the gut flub and get fairly bulky for a female, x-frame, round delts, big quads and thick hamstrings, and strong as I possibly can be. Not looking to be paper thin skinned, more of an off-season but still defined look.

I’ve read mostly about anavar, and am considering it. Not sure how to set up my first cycle though. Would 5mg ED anavar for 6-10 weeks alone (not stacked) be enough to produce decent results? Would a recomp style diet produce lean gains and help with the stomach fat or should I straight up cut (would I gain any muscle while cutting?)

If you would recommend something else, I’m all ears. Also, reading legit var is hard to come by. Let me know your personal trusted sources if you can.

I’m extremely committed to training and nutrition, I just really want to see results that I honestly don’t think a natty female could produce. Also know about most sides with var and willing to take the risk.

i would first start by finding out what calories you need to cut bulk or maintain thats the first start! then you can easily gauge one what you want to do with your body. (and yes on peds you can absolutely gain muscle while cutting). if you don’t know how to do that i recommend Chris Acetos book CHAMPIONSHIP BODYBUILDING.

do some research on source for ladyvar i don’t know that theres a lot of females on here unfortunately. BUT a lot of good info you can find on UGBODYBUILDING.com they have a female ped section.

but i would also say you probably should start on HALF whatever var you get (gotwilling you don’t start on more than a 5mg anavar tab) so 2.5 MG of the 5mg var you should get INCASE ITS DBOL OR ANADROL. you will know very quickly if so.

ALSO I FORGOT why don’t you switch off a vegan diet babezz cakezz

Var, test, Nandrolone, and Boldenone are all handled well by females. The key is to Always use short esters (except with the Var obviously). Start really small: 5-10mg ed of var is plenty for a female. 10-10mg of Test a week is plenty. 20mg of Nandrolone or Boldenone a week is plenty. Start small. Have fun.

I dont think a vegan diet would be bad for a woman and bodybuilding. They need a lot less than men on all counts. And with that advantage can more easily get away with it. Men need such large amounts of macros that it is quite difficult to meet their goals on a vegan diet. Unless one has access to large amounts of seitan lol. good stuff right there.

You didn’t mention anything about the type of training you are doing. You need to be training the big three…bench press, deadlifts and squats. I’m not sure how the vegan diet will come into play for building a lot of muscle. My gut tells me it will be an issue due to lack of protein, but I am no diet or vegan expert. I think if you concentrate on getting those three lifts higher, the size and strength will come. Also remember that there are sides that come with anabolic use and some are permanent. At 25 you are pretty young and have a long way to go. I would hate for you to end up looking like a dude at 30. IF I were you and I was dead set on taking a steroid, I would get my training in check (heavy, low reps one week shuffled with some volume training the following week) and take only 5mg of anavar for 8-10 weeks. The problem with most people and steroids is they start high. From there there is only one way to go…higher. Just my thoughts.

Lack of protein on a vegan diet is sort of half and half a myth. Animal protein is usually always “complete” in the amino acid profile, while vegan proteins aren’t always besides things like Soy and Tofu which are. When you’re vegan things are a little more difficult because you need to make sure you are getting an abundance of greens and protein sources so you get enough aminos to complete your amino profiles. I usually eat somewhere around 120-140g protein a day and make sure that I “pair” my proteins well. There is actually even a website so that your can see what amino profiles are in each vegan protein source so that you can plan and fill your meal appropriately! Once you learn it it’s pretty easy.

I do train the main lifts. I do a type of 531:

Mon: 531 bench
531 OHP

Tues: Volume Legs

Wed: rest/cardio

Thurs: Volume Upper

Fri: 531 Squats
531 Deadlift

Sat: rest/cardio
Sun: rest/cardio

I know the risk of steroids. And yes, going to start way small, 2.5mg and raise it slowly not exceeding 10mg. The reason is that I’ve made gains on my natural journey, but what I’m wanting doesn’t seem possible for a natty female. I want to be fairly bulky.

U should reach out to Lacy from lock n load labs. She carries lady var, is extremely nice, n can prob help give u some pointers from another females aspect. Good luck on ur journey thru the darkside. Should stick around n keep posting. This place could use a female touch.
