Hello! I’ve probably lurked steroid forums and SST on reddit for a year now and never posted, but I extremely interested in starting my first cycle and feel like I need a lot of info as I honestly still don’t feel like I know what I’m in for/doing.
Info: Female, 25, 5’7 135lb. [vegan diet]
Started from completely sedentary all my life to marathon running about 5 years ago and lost 50lbs down to 108lbs in 7 months. Pretty much skin and bones, no muscle. Started lifting and bulk/cut cycles and have lifted for 4 years in attempts to gain muscle, have gained a little and recomped some but I have no abdominal definition and have quite the fat pouch (think mommy belly but I’ve never been pregnant ?). My personal goal is to shed the gut flub and get fairly bulky for a female, x-frame, round delts, big quads and thick hamstrings, and strong as I possibly can be. Not looking to be paper thin skinned, more of an off-season but still defined look.
I’ve read mostly about anavar, and am considering it. Not sure how to set up my first cycle though. Would 5mg ED anavar for 6-10 weeks alone (not stacked) be enough to produce decent results? Would a recomp style diet produce lean gains and help with the stomach fat or should I straight up cut (would I gain any muscle while cutting?)
If you would recommend something else, I’m all ears. Also, reading legit var is hard to come by. Let me know your personal trusted sources if you can.
