I use a 27ga insulin needle and I don't have to warm it up. It takes a few seconds to draw up, but nothing crazy. I usually put it in some hot water while I shower. Makes it a little easier to draw up. I'm also using MCT so that probably helps.

You don’t have to but you warming up the oil has benefits. It will draw faster and sometimes it can aid in decreasing post injection pain.

On a candle warmer. Until it's warm to the touch but not hot
