New vial appears punctured/damaged

Does this vial look normal to you? Is it OK and safe to use or could there be risk of contamination? The vial was never used before, the top was taken off and this was what it looked like.

Messaged @Synergy-Forge and he said he cannot tell from the photos I sent, which are the ones above. Am I crazy? Is the dbol making me see things? There is clearly something wrong with the top. There is a “C” cut in the top. Dozens have been opened in the past and never saw anything like this one.

Biggest concern is risk of contamination. Is this safe to use?

Looks fine to me. If you are really nervous, don’t add any make up air (positive pressure) to the vial on your 1st use. If it is fulll and sterile with no leaks, it should be crazy hard to even draw a ml without feeling like you are going to suck the label off the vial. His test E is a tiny bit thick to begin with so there’s almost no way I can pull my 1st ml without pre charging the vial 1st. (And I draw with a 21G needle)
