I ran my first cycle where I did it the right way a couple of weeks ago. I was running low dose Test C (250 a week for 10 weeks) with Arimidex every time I pinned (Mon/Thur). I noticed about a 10lb gain, and my strength went through the roof. I’m cutting now, looking to get to about 195-200. My next cycle I want to put on some size for the winter months before I cut hard for next summer. What do you recommend? I’m thinking Test C 500/week I want to add another compound as well. Can someone recommend me another compound, as well as what I will need to run for an AI on cycle and a PCT for when in coming off.
