For the guys who run 10-20mg Nolva on cycle to prevent gyno, have you ever noticed it throwing off your E2 readings on blood work?

I always get bloods to make sure I’m good throughout my cycle but this is my first cycle running Nolva, a couple of dudes on another forum said that them taking Nolva on cycle put their E2 reading at 145+, idk if they’re doing something wrong but if anyone does this can I get some input?

Did they get E2 (LC/MS-MS) sensitive test?

Yes, because nolva doesn’t decrease circulating e2. It just inhibits it from binding at the receptor. So e2 will come back higher, than if taking an AI.

Still IMO nolva is the better route to go VS taking a ton of AI’s
