So I've been having this nagging lower back injury for months that constantly gets aggravated whenever I try to do any kind of deadlift or squat movement. It's a sharp pain in the lower back right side muscle area that stops me from squatting and deadlifting heavy (it just makes it worse if I even attempt to go heavy). Doesn't affect my bench as much. Doctor just wants to give me pain meds and not train for months. Not something I really wanna do so I looked into peptides to accelerate healing. However, not sure how to get started.

For background, I've never used steroids before or injected anything. I did do several SARM cycles previously however. All oral.

There's a few vendors who sells BPC-157 here. Is there a guide to get started, as in step by step what to do? I know you need some kind of needle and antibacterial water. Never done this before, so what needle should I buy? Can auto injection insulin syringes work? I'd even need some kind of mixing guide.

Basically if anyone can recommend what I need to buy specifically (other than BPC-157 itself) including syringe brand and type, and anything else I would need, along with step by step directions on what to do next that would be great. Or point me to a good resource that would be great. Thanks!

YouTube is your friend. It's suggested to get the 30gauge insulin syringes and daily injections in the stomach fat. There's tons of videos on injecting and how to reconstitute.

You'll see different opinions on amount to dose daily.

That website above might help you calculate how much of the syringe to fill depending on the dose you want and the strength on what's in the vial.

basically get a 5mg vial of bpc and bacteriostatic water and insulin needles (last 2 are on amazon)
you probably want to dose 250mcg or 200mcg 2x a day
i put in 2mL bac water which means 0.1mL of solution is 250mcg
inject it sub q
done

I did some research and decided to go the oral route for now. This decision was based on several clinics that offers both injections and oral BPC for their rehab programs, it appears that oral BPC with argine salt can offer the same benefits as injectable BPC for most muscle injuries. I haven't seen any clinics that claimed otherwise, and these are all over youtube. The key factor is supposedly how the oral is formulated to be absorbed while withstanding the digestive process, and argine salt oral BPC tablets seem to give the best absorption over standard oral tablets. Will give this a try first, ordered 60 tablets from infiniwell. If anything, if I still need to go the injectable route after trying this I feel a BPC-157/TB-500 combo seems to be a much better combo and I already found a resource for that if need be. But I'll post back in 4 weeks how the oral treatment goes.

You should be trying to address the actual issue. What you are experiencing isn't an acute trauma/injury it is being caused by(I would bet) tight hip flexors, and likely in addition to less than ideal form. Have seen this exact issue more times than I can count over the years. ie pain off to one side from deads or even bent rows.

If you do not address the issue, no amount of BPC is going to stop this from happening.

That could be the cause, something I will definitely have to address.

Right now there is a very sharp pain in that area, so much that is painful to get up and walk. Feels like a knife wedged in there. It's aggravated from a few days ago where I tried to get back into deadlifting (I've basically eliminated it since I started having this issue a few months ago), but this time it got so bad I've had to stop all forms of training at the moment and now I basically need a cane to walk around. Once this is resolved I'm probably going to severely limit the amount of deadlifts I do and lower the squat weight to hypertrophy training only (not heavy weights for strength). I'm not as young as I used to be (48) I can definitely feel more join issues these days and I'm not even lifting as heavy as when I was in my 30's. Never had a lifting related injury in my 20's or 30s or even early 40's, but man it's like rush hour at the train station now, one after another.
