i put this under dumb questions because it is about poop… anyways, i started a blast a couple weeks ago 525 test and 525 npp… i switched up my diet very little. I switched from powdered peanut butter to actual peanut butter, used a higher fat percentage milk, added a half cup of rice more than i normally eat and added a cliff bar. For some reason my poop schedule is now fucked up. I used to just shit once in the morning and i was good for the day. Now i don’t get a healthy shit in the morning, i have bad gas and am holding back a half shit all day. I don’t know if it is this minor change in food or due to the extra test and npp i added. Does anyone have any recommendation for a laxative or something i can eat to fix this. I can’t imagine that i am filling up my stomach to the point where i now need to shit more than once. I am thinking maybe it is the peanutbutter, but idk. Help please?
