Might be a dumb question… I train fasted and 1st thing in morning. I have used c4 ultimate for PWO for a long time. Decided to change things up and have been using redcon total war and big noise (I scoop each mixed) since Saturday… Have been getting mid back pumps for last couple of days. 1st time ever using a pump PWO. Is it possible that the pump PWO could give me back pumps pretty much 24/7?
I took a rest day yesterday figuring maybe just needed a rest day and did back today and still sitting here with pretty bad back pumps even late into the night… everything else(cycle,diet,ancillaries) hasn’t changed in 6 weeks.
