Numb hands

MK-677 a little, which I realize isn’t really what you’re asking. If I get too fluffy on dbol I get hand tingles sometimes, hows your E2/water?

Dbol and Deca do it for me. I blame it on the bloat expanding the skeletal muscle around the median nerve and trapping it within the surrounding structures. Feels like carpal tunnel for me

You may just have carpal tunnel OP. It’s steadily becoming more and more common with the amount of time people spend typing on phones and keyboards and doing other small manipulations with the hands/wrists. If you play an instrument like a guitar, or do any kind of artwork pen/paper or painting etc, then I would definitely say it is carpal tunnel. Water retention can certainly lead to minor issues like this but the more common cause is just basic carpal tunnel. Shake your hands out a bit and move on OP. If it begins to cause legitimate issues (Such as hands going numb making your job or daily life difficult), go get wrist surgery it’s fairly quick and like 99.99999% effective at this point.

I hate to add to the people not directly answering the question but I hear that numb/stiff hands are a common side effect of HGH

yeah i was worried about that, I’ve played an instrument for 9+ years and knew it was a possibility, only thing is that it only happened when i was taking the var, and stopped when i stopped taking it
