What are you doing to mitigate the BP?
This is actually the first time I've encountered a blood pressure related side effect from any of the cycles I've taken, so for now I've just severely cut back my dosing (25mg / day instead of 50 and only on training days). This alone has helped, although as soon as I take another dose it goes back up.
Supplement-wise I take ashwaghanda and theanine, both of which help. Also I take a supplement called Cycle Safe, which has a component of its ingredients geared toward blood pressure support: ALA, Hawthorne Berry, CoQ10, Celery Seed Extract.
I do cardio every day, even on non-training days so I don't think I'll keel over and die, although if you don't hear from me in a while just know that I cherished our time together on SST.
Would you ever / have you ever considered Telmisartan or another blood pressure medication?
