Did you do the TB morning or night?
I did bpc morning and night, and tb 2x/week at night with the bpc and gh.

All of those are systemic, so just find a comfortable injection spot subq and go.

anyone from this group get Patellar tendonitis. I currently been struggling this, and it has been about 4 months. Really can squat or squat heavy. Biking is done as it strains knee too much. I really dont know how I have gotten this. My workout style is PPL, and now I am thinking that the Leg day every 4 days really over worked me. I tried lowering volume, and now I am down to just 3 times a week workout. Treating it with advil and ice. Doesnt seem there is much you can do about tendonitis
Negatives can help with tendonitis. Use both legs to left, then lower to a count of 5 to 8 with the leg in pain. Do a few sets of 8 of that 2-3x/week.

You know, I can't remember but I assume I did it in the mornings. It was only a few months ago but I just can't recall. I do remember I was running tb500 at 2.5mg per day, MWF for a total of 7.5mg per week. The vials I believe were 5mg each.

Though some people say it's systemic, others say these compounds work best locally so I hit the delt area thinking it was "sort of" close to my shoulder problem area (which actually felt like it was on the rear of my shoulder). At least as close as I could get to by myself.

Hi everyone. Just noticed this thread. Early 40s guy, been seriously training for almost 19 years. Stopped getting results about 4 years ago and got on prescribed TRT.

Did my first cycle last year, 500mg of test for about 16 weeks. Didn't notice any results so I bumped it up to 750mg a week for weeks 17 - 24. That's when I started to notice some changes. Seems really high to me, but that's what it took. Also mixed in some Var and Adrol. Have Dbol on hand but haven't tried it yet. Gained about 20 pounds from my cycle but I've lost about half of it and some strength. Funny how different 10 pounds looks on me. I hate downsizing, I just don't feel as good as when I'm on cycle. Back to my TRT dose.

I have a very long awaited elk hunt coming up in November that I need to shape up for. Realistically that means trimming down and upping my cardio. But the other side of me wonders if I could work a cycle in between now and then. I've been off all PEDs for about 2 months now, with the exception of my TRT dose.

Is it too soon to start another cycle? If it isn't, what would you guys suggest? I've really only done Test (basically zero side effects even at 750mg with no AI) and am open to trying something new. But I am concerned about hair loss so that's kept me away from some compounds. Anything I could take that will help me put some tissue back on and also help with my cardio endurance?

2 months is fine between cycles, especially Test only. If you want to improve cardio you could add EQ to help increase RBCs, kinda like an EPO effect. Just watch your blood thickness, and you don't need to go overboard with it.

I feel you. I'm pretty new to trying to get big. I've bulked and then trimmed off some weight with diet. I hate getting smaller! When I started noticing my watch get looser on my wrist I got a bit depressed even.

I'm on my way back up in weight right now though. It's crazy how much harder it is to gain weight, than lose weight - at least for me it seems that way.

When you guys refer to maintenance dosages of BPC/TB, does that mean you’re running them for long periods of time consistently?

Aside from elevated BP I get basically zero sides from pretty heavy Test dosages but when I cruise at 150mgs I break out like crazy.

Fluctuating DHT levels will do that. The acne should subside if you’re cruising long enough for the levels to be stable for a little while. Anytime I bounce from blast to cruise and vice versa I breakout too

Absolutely. I didn't see this coming but it happens to me. I'm considering tapering down a bit to see if it helps this time.

Just started a blast and I've been using a bunch of products trying to clear it up for the last month and a half. It's chest and shoulder acne for me - which I never had my whole life. It's WAY better right now, but I'm afraid when I come off this blast it could return.

Weird....yes. I just noticed my bacne is worse when running low dose vs higher dose PEDs.

Have you noticed it coming on about a month after lowering dose? I'm basically piecing together a bunch of bullshit puzzle pieces, but it kind of makes sense (at least to a guy like me who doesn't know shit about fuck). I'm wondering how to best mitigate the acne when transitioning from blast to cruise.

Based upon what you have just figured out, my recommendation is to never come back to cruise. Just send it and stay on cycle 🤣🤣. But yes I do think it came on a few weeks after coming off blast.

I started them to treat an injury but felt like overall recovery was improved so just kept taking them. I do resistance training and cardio almost every day and I feel less beat up with these compounds on board.

Hey guys saw the post says 40+ only 39 so hoped I could slide in. I’ve taken some stuff here and there while powerlifting and hit some decent numbers was trying to get even higher ones but I’m not aloud to do that anymore per my wife after surgery so gotta try and learn to body build and cut. any and all advice is appreciated. May sneak and power lift again but for now need to get strength back and cut.

I didn't really notice much improvement on the lower dose protocol (250-500mcgx2) it wasn't until i bumped up to 2 mg of each daily then after 2 weeks of those doses i noticed ALOT of relief to the point it shocked me "no pain at times" ... now i undergo cts surgery as well as ulner nerve release in the right elbow and hand combo TOMORROW morning!! So ill really see how this combo works for speedy healing?

What is your source? Reason for asking is because it sounds like your stuff is severely under-dosed. It shouldn’t take 750mg a week to see or feel something.

I’m at 200ish and seriously contemplating staying there because the gains have been ridiculous. It’s been a month and I’m up 4ish lbs and muscles are full, vascularity is stupid…I’ve made minor gains in strength (like 1 more rep here and there) but recovery is up. Shirt are feeling tight, chest is swollen and all that.

Have you done some blood work?

I’ve seen this thread and forgot that I’m also old…that’s the thing with 40’s and up: we don’t realize we are now the older crowd.

Anyway, first time enhanced athlete here and obviously I’m a child of the 80s cause my name is classic motu…as in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. It’s still hugely popular and the collectors scene is huge. I still have a few figures, but refuse to buy more because it’s money pit.

Currently running 200ish test c a week but contemplating titrating up to 400 but I’m making good gains at this level so maybe I won’t.

I’m interested in small amounts of HGH but need to see if this would grow the prostate. No issues yet but it’s something we need to consider.

BPC 157 is also interesting because I’d love to heal my knees a little more…I miss jumping rope .

What BPC source have y’all used?

Anyone notice an increase in prostate size while on small dose of HGH?
