Negatives can help with tendonitis. Use both legs to left, then lower to a count of 5 to 8 with the leg in pain. Do a few sets of 8 of that 2-3x/week.anyone from this group get Patellar tendonitis. I currently been struggling this, and it has been about 4 months. Really can squat or squat heavy. Biking is done as it strains knee too much. I really dont know how I have gotten this. My workout style is PPL, and now I am thinking that the Leg day every 4 days really over worked me. I tried lowering volume, and now I am down to just 3 times a week workout. Treating it with advil and ice. Doesnt seem there is much you can do about tendonitis

Did my first cycle last year, 500mg of test for about 16 weeks. Didn't notice any results so I bumped it up to 750mg a week for weeks 17 - 24. That's when I started to notice some changes. Seems really high to me, but that's what it took. Also mixed in some Var and Adrol. Have Dbol on hand but haven't tried it yet. Gained about 20 pounds from my cycle but I've lost about half of it and some strength. Funny how different 10 pounds looks on me. I hate downsizing, I just don't feel as good as when I'm on cycle. Back to my TRT dose.
I have a very long awaited elk hunt coming up in November that I need to shape up for. Realistically that means trimming down and upping my cardio. But the other side of me wonders if I could work a cycle in between now and then. I've been off all PEDs for about 2 months now, with the exception of my TRT dose.
Is it too soon to start another cycle? If it isn't, what would you guys suggest? I've really only done Test (basically zero side effects even at 750mg with no AI) and am open to trying something new. But I am concerned about hair loss so that's kept me away from some compounds. Anything I could take that will help me put some tissue back on and also help with my cardio endurance?
Or Tbol2 months is fine between cycles, especially Test only. If you want to improve cardio you could add EQ to help increase RBCs, kinda like an EPO effect. Just watch your blood thickness, and you don't need to go overboard with it.

I'm basically piecing together a bunch of bullshit puzzle pieces, but it kind of makes sense (at least to a guy like me who doesn't know shit about fuck). When you guys refer to maintenance dosages of BPC/TB, does that mean you’re running them for long periods of time consistently?
