Turning 50 at the end of May. Yikes! That hurts to say! Definitely don’t feel that old. I had slipped into an unhealthy lifestyle for about six years. Zero time in the gym, unhealthy diet, way too much alcohol. March of last year I rededicated myself , got my diet and training dialed in and lost 30 pounds. Had my test levels tested and started TRT in mid August. Making great progress and my goal is to be in the best shape of my life by my fiftieth birthday. Looking to get at or below 10% by then and hopefully add a bit of size and strength. Looking forward to utilizing the wealth of knowledge of the posters on this forum.
