Long time forum member. Used to be a Steroid.com Mod many years ago (same username). Took a LONG period off from anything. Focused on building my career, family etc...Never stopped training but haven't been really focused on optimizing my hormones etc...Now that I'm in my early 40's it's time to get serious again.
Looking forward to contributing where I can. It's great to see the community so strong after all these years.
