Presently, I am taking 140 mg of testosterone cypionate per week (dosed sub-Q every other day). I am also taking 20 mg of Anavar daily. At my most recent blood draw, my total test was 1200 ng/dL and my free (calculated) was 25 ng/dL. I feel good overall, except for my right knee, which has been sore for months, despite trying physical therapy, taking time off the gym, and using BPC-157 and TB-500.

I'm going to add some deca for it's joint proecting properties. I was thinking of adding 70 ng/dL per week (dosed sub-Q every other day). How will this affect my total and free testosterone? Do I need to lower my testosterone cypionate dose and/or drop the anavar?

And, will 70 ng/dL of deca be enough to get some joint cushioning?

Any suggestions on how to dose test/deca/anavar would be welcome.

I'm only going to answer what I know. 70 -100mg of deca will be fine for joint relief, BUT you really need to find out what the underlying cause for this knee soreness is. Once you know, get that taken care of. Deca isn't going to magically heal it. Before being prescribed the PT, I'm sure the Dr ordered some X-rays. What did the doctor say was going on? If PT, rest and the peptides didn't help, I don't want you to keep throwing shit at it to see what sticks.

I've had X-rays and MRI's on both knees. Nothing obvious on either. On one hand, I was happy to know that there's no obvious damage -- especially considering that I needed a hip replacement about a year ago. On the other hand, it's highly frustrating to have pain in my knee that simply is not getting better. I'm actually going to try PRP injections this week. They seem safe. And, the research seems to indicate they are as effective in relieving pain as cortisone injections. I'm really just trying to attack this from as many different angles as possible, PT, rest, anti-inflammatories, peptides, ultrasound, PRP, etc..

I just finished my first ever cycle of 350mg Test/175mg NPP and it was amazing! The strength/size gains were absolutely incredible and the decrease in joint pain was soooo beautiful. It's important to always get a "sensitive" total T panel with LC/MS or LC/MS-MS after it, while on the nandrolone. Just remember the sensitive version will only pickup whatever test you're on, and the non-sensitive version will add the nandrolone and test together, making your test level look way higher than it actually is.

That does sounds frustrating. You figure they'd be able to figure out what's going on. They got paid by your insurance (I hope it wasn't self pay) for all those tests and still don't know what's going on. I'd be frustrated as fuck too.
